Describe what you liked most about the workshop. “Extremely informative, even though I thought I had done a lot of research. I learned a lot about offerings for down payment assistance, and how to use county assessor tools. Instructors were friendly and reassuring about the home buying process in a tough market.”

I will recommend it due to finding out that there is programs out there that will help with downpayment for first time home buyers.
